A powerhouse performer turned producer, Dean Simmons understands the DNA of world-class entertainment. After headlining legendary productions like Legends in Concert with his world-renowned Garth Brooks portrayal, Dean transitioned his focus to the architecture of the show itself.
With an unmatched "performer-to-producer" perspective and more than 5,000 shows under his belt, Dean provides expert strategy consultations that go beyond booking. He helps clients align their specific demographics with high-impact entertainment designed to convert, connect, and captivate.

Kim Simmons | Founder & CFO

A true pillar of the Las Vegas entertainment community, Kim Simmons brings a wealth of hands-on experience to the Top Shelf team. Having worked with legendary acts like The Beach Boys and Jimmy Buffett, Kim understands the high standards required of world-class productions. While her background includes work as an actor and producer in the film industry, she serves as the vital bridge between the creative vision and the final execution of every project.
Kim is the indispensable "heartbeat" of the agency—acting as both a strategic manager and a nurturing force for our talent. She handles the vital details that often go unseen, ensuring that every artist is supported and every production is seamless. With her sharp eye for detail and a knack for keeping the entire operation—and her partner, Dean—perfectly on track, Kim ensures that Top Shelf Talent delivers a polished, professional experience every single time.

Paul Sweeney | VP of Sales & Marketing

A Las Vegas fixture with deep roots in both the music and corporate worlds, Paul Sweeney blends artistic talent with high-level business strategy. A multi-instrumentalist and elite Willie Nelson tribute artist, Paul’s stage expertise is matched by his professional success as a real estate agent and nationally accredited customer service instructor.
As VP of Sales and Marketing, Paul uses that dual experience to bridge the gap between talent and the client. He’s dedicated to clear communication and a straightforward booking process, ensuring every event runs as smoothly behind the scenes as it does on stage.

Denny Mishler | Musical Director | The GuitarFather

A world-class guitarist and songwriter, Denny Mishler is a cornerstone of the Top Shelf creative team. From topping instrumental rock charts early in his career to being featured in Guitar Player Magazine, Denny’s technical mastery has earned him a place on national television and major motion picture soundtracks.
In Las Vegas and beyond, Denny is a premier session musician and sideman who has shared the stage with icons like Denny Laine (The Moody Blues/Wings) and headlined long-running shows on the Las Vegas Strip. Whether touring internationally or directing from the pit, Denny brings a "monster" musicality and professional edge to every Top Shelf production.

Darrell Craig Harris | Production Lead | Musical Director

A powerhouse multi-hyphenate, Darrell Craig Harris (DCH) brings an elite resume to the Top Shelf team. A veteran bassist who has performed with Cirque du Soleil and legends like Frankie Avalon, Darrell’s expertise extends far beyond the stage. His technical credits include production work for global icons like Jennifer Lopez and Miley Cyrus.
In addition to his roles as a musical director and bassist, Darrell is an internationally published photographer represented by Getty Images and serves as an official Sports Illustrated photographer for the Las Vegas Raiders. Whether he’s managing complex technical logistics or capturing the energy of an NFL stadium, Darrell’s diverse skill set ensures every Top Shelf production is executed with professional precision.
